Sohum Asset Managers Pvt Ltd. Has received license from SEBI for offering Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The registration number for the same is INP000008136. We are offering flagship product of our AIF “Sohum India Opportunities Fund” in PMS model as “Sohum India Opportunities Investment Approach”. Minimum initial investment for this approach is Rs.50,00,000/-

Salient features of this Investment Approach are same as our AIF fund.

• It will create a long only portfolio with at least 70% investment in Large Cap Stocks and 10% to 35% in Mid and Small Cap stocks.
• Investment Strategy will be to get Growth at Reasonable Price (GARP)
• Sector Deviations will be taken to get Alpha.
• No Leverage positions will be taken in Portfolio. No Derivative trades to be made in the Portfolio.
